Translata protects your confidential data from misuse, damage, destruction or loss. In order to provide translation and interpreting service for you, we need to know some of your data. When you enter an order, it is necessary to enter personal information (name and surname, address, e-mail address, phone number), and if representing a company, also the business name, registration number and VAT number. We offer two payment options: cash or invoice. In the case of payment by invoice, we also need your billing address. Your data is only reused when your order is sent by mail (i.e. when we use your name and address). All your entered data can be changed at any time by e-mail or telephone. *

We uphold confidentiality and guarantee that no data is distributed to third parties via translators, interpreters, or other company employees. Each of our translators, interpreters and proofreaders that come into contact with confidential materials has signed a confidentiality agreement, which continues to protect the confidentiality of data even after the termination of cooperation. A similar agreement we also sign as a company with our customers, where we safeguard the confidentiality of their documents.
