ZAJO’s cooperation with Translata made it much easier for us to manage the content of the website and social networks. We localize our content from Slovak to 16 other languages, including those of many smaller European countries – a challenge that was very difficult if not impossible to handle individually.
The key difference for our work-flow when working with Translata is that we communicate with a single partner. So we’re sure that translations will always be handled very quickly and with high quality, while Translata deals with translators’ payment and all the bureaucratic stuff.
We can finally focus just on content creation. This massive simplification of processes has saved us so much time that we no longer needed to compromise, and could start refocusing on localization for lower priority markets.
We also highly appreciate the fast and high-quality communication with the assigned project manager whose initiative often leads to various improvements, as well as advanced translation automation options that will make our lives even easier in the future with the new website under preparation.
